Race Day Athlete Registration | Check-in en los días de la carrera

El registro los días de evento se abre para cada división 90 minutos antes de la primera oleada de salida de dicha división, y cierra 60 minutos antes de la última oleada de la misma.
Si deseas acceder al recinto antes de tu franja oficial de check-in, dirígete al mostrador de Espectadores y muestra tu ticket de atleta y tu documento de identidad. Por favor, ten en cuenta que tu ticket de atleta sólo te da acceso en el mismo día que compites. Si deseas acceder al evento en un día distinto al de tu competición, deberás comprar un ticket de Espectador para poder hacerlo.
Información importante:
- Debes traer tu documento de identidad.
- No está permitido hacer el check-in en nombre de otras personas.
- No se permiten cambios.
- Una vez hecho el check-in, solo podrás dejar 1 bolsa/mochila en el bag drop.
Hora límite para hacer el check-in: 1 hora antes de la hora de salida.
Por favor, trae el código QR de tu ticket, que recibiste tras personalizar correctamente tu entrada comprada, así como tu documento de identidad. No se realizará el check-in a nadie que no proporcione su documento de identidad.

Registration on-site opens for each division 90 minutes before the first start wave of that division. If you wish to enter the hall before your official check-in window, please go via the Spectators Desk and show your ticket & ID. Please note that, in order to control capacity, you can only enter with your athlete ticket the same day of your race. If you wish to enter the venue on another day, you will need to buy a spectator ticket.
Important Information:

- Once you’ve checked in, you will only be able to drop off 1 bag at the bag drop.
Deadline for check-in: 1 hour before the start
Please bring your ticket QR code, which you received after successfully personalising your purchased ticket as well as your ID. Check-in will not be made to anyone who does not provide their ID at the counter.

Nuestro partner oficial de fotografía, Sportograf, utiliza reconocimiento facial para encontrar tus fotos de la carrera. Aproximadamente 48 horas después de tu prueba, podrás ver todas tus imágenes en sportograf.com. Solo tienes que subir un selfie para encontrar todas las fotos en las que apareces durante el evento.
¿Compraste previamente tu paquete de Sportograf?
- Accede a sportograf.com/es y busca el evento de HYROX correspondiente.
- Introduce el correo electrónico que utilizaste al inscribirte y haz clic en “Send Validation Link”.
- Revisa tu bandeja de entrada y abre el email con el asunto “Validation successful – Search for your images now”, luego haz clic en “Validate and Search”.
- Sube un selfie.
- Selecciona “Buy Foto-Flat”.
- Introduce tu Sportograf Ticket ID (debajo del código de barras en tu recibo) al finalizar la compra para que el total sea 0 €.
¿Olvidaste comprar tus fotos con antelación?
No te preocupes. Sportograf fotografía a todos los participantes durante la carrera. Solo tienes que subir un selfie después del evento y podrás comprar tus fotos directamente desde la web.
Importante: Tu entrada de Sportograf debe estar personalizada para poder ver el Ticket ID de canje. Si aún no lo has hecho, accede a tu cuenta de HYROX y completa la personalización para encontrar tu Ticket ID.

Our Official Photography Partner Sportograf uses facial recognition to find your race photos. About 48 hours after your race, you can view all your pictures on sportograf.com. Just upload a selfie to see every photo captured of you during the event!

- Go to sportograf.com/es and search for the respective HYROX event.
- Enter the email address you used for race entry and click “Send Validation Link.”
- Check your inbox for the email titled “Validation successful – Search for your images now” and click “Validate and Search.”
- Upload a selfie.
- Select “Buy Foto-Flat.”
- Enter your Sportograf Ticket ID (below the barcode on your receipt) at checkout to bring the total to zero..
Forget to pre-purchase your photos?
Don’t panic, Sportograf capture everyone during the race, simply upload a selfie after the race and purchase your photos directly from the website.
Important: Your Sportograf ticket must be personalised in order to reveal the redemption Ticket ID. If you haven’t, please visit your HYROX Account and complete personalisation to find your ticket ID.
